Arcadia is a unique resort open now 17 years.  It is the only one of its kind in the Pacific Northwest offering you a unique experience for relaxation and freedom.

 

Rates:

STANDARD  Membership:  

Summer:   140.00 to 185.00 per night double occupancy

                         Premier Pass Day Use:  30.00/person   

                         RV:             85.00/Double Occupancy

                         Camping:  40.00/person

                        COUPLES:  PREMIER PASS (11:00 A.M. - MIDNIGHT)  =                       55.00/PERSON

                        RV:   115.00/ DOUBLE OCCUPANCY

 

 ASSOCIATE Membership:   Offer spring 2012 for year: 

April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2013

2012 "ASSOCIATE"  MEMBERSHIP :

Arcadia will continue to offer an expanded ASSOCIATE membership program for those guests supporting Arcadia's existence and mission through their continuous return visits all season long.  This membership will offer near 30% savings to the frequent return guests to encourage that plus with 6 visits, you get a reciprocal visit free.  

ASSOCIATE 2012 MEMBERSHIP will be 140.00 per person. 

 The enhanced  membership is optional.  STANDARD  membership is included in your rate schedule with each visit.

 

Associate Membership is an annual fee and offers over 30%-15% discount on your visits. Purchase 6 visits and receive in-kind 7th visit free! 

Winter/Summer:   125.00 to 155.00 per night, double occupancy.

                      Premier Pass Day Use: 25.00/person   

                      RV:            65.00/Double Occupancy

                     Camping:  30.00/person

                     

  • Lodgings include kitchens, living room, TV/VCR, 24 hour hot tub use and full grounds use.

  • There are no additional grounds fees.  Rates include grounds fees for RV and camping to.

  •  Saturday gathering social benefit  includes potluck, campfire and hot tub social providing the one stop shopping: lodging and entertainment inclusive. There is no need to leave Arcadia and spend for further entertainment. A wonderful savings for you!

  • Day use hours are from:  11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Bring your own towels for hot tubbing.

  • Evening past 7:00 p.m. =  add  $10.00.

  • Lodging Rental:  11:00 a.m. to check out:  1:00 p.m.

  • Premium rates apply on special Couples Events.

  • + 3 night stays discount rates offered.

 

  • Summer 2 night minimum rental on lodgings in effect Memorial Day through Labor Day. *

 

  • RV and Camping 1 night stays are available. 

* Lodging bookings in advance of 4 days from event will require a 2 night minimum.  If still available by the 4th night out of the date, you may then reserve for 1 night rental. 

The policy was implemented because It is difficult to turn away 2 night rentals,  and our guests find the relaxation that they have needed so long when they stay longer. Arcadia was created for our guests who experience the needed slow down.

 

  • Monthly and weekly rates available.

    

  Vacation Extended-Stay Rates: 

3rd Day - $25.00/off

4th - 5th  Stay =   $100.00/night

6th-7th Stay  = $75.00/night

 7 nights' Stay  = $120.00/night

(Committed length of stay required.)

 

  • SHORT NOTICE RESERVATIONS :  Please telephone for faster response.  Reservations are needed to anticipate your arrival and have you met at the gate.

 

  • Credit Card number and expiration date required to hold reservation. Limited space.
